The result we were all waiting for

Iain Coleman wrote an excellent piece about the banal realities of election day when you're a candidate but wasn't able to give the result because the count didn't place until today.

Well, Cambridge City Council's results can now be found online and Councillor Happy remains in place. Though I'm still wondering if the Max Boyce elected in West Chesterton is the Max Boyce. And if he is, could this be the reason for the excellent news from Swansea and Cardiff?
