More cricket

Trying to find out if there's anyone who could bring up some form of justification for Inzamam deciding to bat first in today's Champions Trophy semi-final (because even he can't, judging by these post-game quotes) I took a quick look at rec.sport.cricket.

Turns out that no-one there can, though it could be because they're still discussing England's win yesterday and what that does or doesn't mean for next year's Ashes. But this thread pulled out a great line about Australian attitudes towards English cricket:
