Slight change in plans from what I wrote yesterday – there seems to be a bit of a squueze on accomodation around the northern parts of the West Highland Way around the end of this week, so I’m going to have to take a bit of a diversion and miss out the northern stretch (roughly, the portion from Fort William to Altnafeadh) and instead go on the road through Ballachulish to Glencoe as I’m having to use the bus to shuttle back and forth along the route to my accomodation in Bridge of Orchy. Still, I get to spend a couple of nights sleeping in a converted railway station, which is different.

Aside from that, things will pretty much be on the plan I set out yesterday – after two nights in Bridge of Orchy, I’m in Crianlarich for two nights, so by a judicious use of trains, buses and possibly the odd passenger ferry across Loch Lomond, I should be in Rowardennan on Sunday night.
